When will I receive payment?

The payment schedule on Simply Cue refers to the timing and frequency at which creators receive their earnings from sales of their products. Simply Cue processes monthly payments within 3 working days of month end. This means that for all the sales made in the preceding month, the earnings would be ready for payout on month end and to be credited in the creator's bank account within 3 working days. We are soon bringing the weekly payout cycle. You can download a CSV report for each payout from the Payouts dashboard, which includes a breakdown of all Simply Cue fees and customer data for creator’s sales.
