My account has been suspended, how will I withdraw the balance amount?

If your Simply Cue account has been suspended, withdrawing the balance amount may not be possible immediately. However, you should first review the reason for the suspension by checking any communication from Simply Cue regarding your account status. Once your account suspension is resolved and access to your account is restored, you should be able to initiate the withdrawal of the balance amount from your Simply Cue account. Follow the regular withdrawal process outlined by Simply Cue to transfer the funds to your linked bank account or other payment method.

In some cases, if the suspension is not resolved or if there are violations of Simply Cue's terms of service or policies, Simply Cue may choose to terminate the account permanently. Your existing balance may be refunded, reach out to Simply Cue's support team for assistance incase of termination.
