What is the account review process?

The purpose of the account review process is to uphold Simply Cue's standards of trust, transparency, and integrity within the platform. It helps protect both creators and customers by promoting fair and ethical practices, preventing fraud, and maintaining a positive user experience for all stakeholders. For our review, we require creator’s account to be legitimate in two major ways:

  1. Creator shall comply with both Simply Cue terms and those of our paymentprocessors.
  2. Creator’s account is not showing multiple refunds/chargebacks and suspiciouspurchases.

The review process can take upto 1 week depending on creator’s sales and the data we can

analyze. Typically, this means 3-4 sales with a balance over INR 500.
